Plus points are cleanliness and staff and room size but the minus points will ensure I would never stay or recommend a stay here. At no point during the pre booking was there any information regarding the use of the gym or the spa...the latter was not open during the week and the former had a cost of 7 euros per session..reason being that it was not part of their management and yet they sell their hotel on this premise that it is all included. They didnt even have reduced rates for hotel guests but more importantly there is no information on their site of the costs nor of the non availibility of the spa. These areas all looked run down and were separate from the main hotel and were very shoddy and unkempt. Despite it being peak there was no atmosphere and felt more like a funeral parlour than a tourist resort. Breakfast wasnt the best just acceptable but when you have other well deserved 4 star establishments in the region this hotel was a rather poor relation. When I complained at the non communication of these facilities it was the young ladies at reception that attempted to answer my concerns...the manager simply could not be bothered..which just shows me how unconcerne d they are in general. My advice try elsewhere.

The location is beautiful and the property in itself is nice especially the rooms area. For a 4 star property it lacked basics. As seen in brochure and all photos of the property they give prominence to the pool, but visiting the place in the last week of June and they tell you the pool is not in use, does not look nice at all.
